Exceptional Service and experience in the Brisbane property market

I engaged Henry to sell my property given his extensive knowledge and experience with the Brisbane property market. After being in contact with Henry over a number of years on if when and how I should see my property, Henry's advice couldn't be more accurate and he exceeded my expectations with the sale of my property resulting in a record sale price at the Siena apartments in Milton. There was never any pressure on pricing and what he believed we could get for the property and the timing of when to sell was impeccable. The entire process was seamless and would constantly keep me updated on how things were progressing with the sale. Henry is an honest and trustworthy agent and could not rate him more highly. If I am ever in the market for more properties in Brisbane I would not think twice about using Henry Hodge real estate services in future. Henry and the team 10/10! Thank you

The Best, Most Honest & Trustworthy Real Estate Agents in Brisbane

I have sold two houses with Henry Hodge & Kosta Porfyriou and I will continue to use them in the future because they are such a great team. They are honest guys who are prepared to do the hard yards in order to get the absolute best price possible for a property. When they took on the sale of my property I appreciated their honesty in terms of expected price and sale time frame and they were true to their word the whole way through. No surprises or disappointments! I appreciated their strategy which was ethical, detailed and realistic, and in the uncertain circumstances of selling during the covid-19 pandemic it was also reassuring that they provided me with alternative strategies so we could adjust and pivot to meet market behaviour. All in all I felt very relaxed about the sale as I knew I could trust Henry and Kosta and that they would get the price I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations when the sale was delayed due to covid restrictions and whilst they could have encouraged me to take a lower price to make a quick sale they pushed on for an extra month to make sure I got the price I wanted. I was really impressed with this as the difference to me was huge but resulted in an extra month of hard work for them but they insisted they were happy to do this for me and they were committed to getting the price I wanted. I know other agents who would not have been so generous with their time or as invested in my happiness as these two fantastic blokes. I can’t recommend Henry and Kosta highly enough, they are at the top of their game, know the market inside out, are highly savvy in terms of all real estate tech and marketing strategy, have a work ethic second to none, care about the outcome beyond their own interest and showed a genuine interest in what made me feel comfortable and happy. They are just two lovely, authentic, professional guys backed by small but highly effective team and made this the best house sale experience ever!

Amazing experience with Henry and kosta would definitely recommend there service’s

Dealing with Henry and Kosta made selling my home very easy. The whole process was flawless and never felt like a sales pitch which was an agent I was after from the first meeting which was professional but casual like catching up with a friend is what made me not look at any other agencies. Kosta feedback and support was amazing I never felt uncomfortable or had no understanding of what was happening through out the process. Something that really stood was not only through the sale but even after kosta and henry are still contacting me and have caught up with me after the sale there business model is just a transaction and doesn’t just stop after the sale there friendship continues. My experience was amazing and I will continue to use Henry and kosta we also achieved the sale price I wanted and more !

We’ve sold with them twice now.

Both Henry and Kosta managed the sale of our apartments in New Farm. They were both excellent to deal with and helped to achieve good results. Their advice, co-ordination of third parties, service and communication throughout the process was excellent and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending both Henry and Kosta to other prospective sellers or buyers.

Great agents. Honest, hardworking and work for the seller. Henry and Kosta are fantastic. They got me a great result and Kosta helped me find somewhere else to live. Old fashioned customer service. Absolute gentleman. Don’t make the mistake of choosing someone else.

A class above the rest.

Henry and Kosta are the best in the business. I had several other agents attempt to sell my home, promise me the world, and fail to sell my home. I was recommended by someone to use Henry and Kosta. I found them genuine, friendly, no-nonsense people who focus entirely on you and your property. They worked incredibly hard and are fantastic negotiators - True professionals.
