Approachable and realistic
From the first meeting, through the sale process and after sale, Michael has been fantastic. Michael was always available, very approachable and always worked to our (vendors) best interest. Communications and updates were great during the open for inspections.

Professional, upfront and honest

Michael helped me to help my parents sell their Beaumaris home. He always had time for us. He did double the communication as he dealt with both mum and me. Not only was he a great support, he knows his stuff. He knows every street and every sale. Thoroughly professional and a really nice guy. Hodges Beaumaris - we would use them again
We have had a number of pleasant experiences with Hodges in this area, and I say this area for a number of reasons that I will come back to. We have bought 2 houses and sold the same 2 houses with Michael and the process has been a pleasure each time. It always boils down to the people you deal with and Michael and Maria have been a treat to deal with. I also feel like we have not been misled in any way at any point in the process. There is no BS about things like the price you are going to get, rather a more pragmatic answer that is real. The reason I mentioned 'this area' is that I liked the approach they take of collaborating between multiple Hodges offices in the broader Beaumaris-Sandringham area to find a buyer for the house. They operate as a team and this broadens the net to find more interest, something I feel works well. Can only say we would use them again for both buying and selling.

A very pleasurable experience
A pleasurable buy-side experience: An agent who understands that todays buyer is tomorrows seller. Rock solid, fact based, trustworthy, solution oriented agent with long standing local know how. Was capable of dealing with me over long distances and time zones - I was overseas for business and we could close the deal in an ideal way.
