In what is becoming a more difficult market with lingering high interest rates, higher volume of properties, buyers have more choice. Oren managed to succeed in selling our property. While not achieving our desired price, we were realistic and a given the circumstances we achieved a good market related price. He excelled in managing the process and the communication was superb. I recommend allowing Oren to take control and let him manage the process.
