Given our past experience my partner and I had with other agents, it taught me to wary. I always felt they were out to 'get me' and always looking out for owners interest and never the buyer (me). However, I never felt that with Charles. Such a lovely bloke to deal with. He was always available, and never once I felt like I couldn't be honest with him. Always willing to listen and go the extra mile for us. Would definitely recommend him for selling my home. Who ever thought an agent such as Charles ever existed.

Ben provided us with a no nonsense presentation on how he was going to achieve our desired price and the associated costs involved in doing so. Once signed we had within days prospective clients and a buyer within the weeks end. Ben's team were professional and their follow ups were helpful without being annoying, rare in today's race for sales.
