I would recommend highly Michael Cooney highly , he was very thorough ,put you at ease , took the time to explain , was not highly pressured , knew the area well and was pleasant to deal with. Hodges in Beaumaris have sold very successfully nearby homes from a sellers perspective at a very good price. Hodges Beaumaris , have been a long established agent in the area, and I guess that's why they are still around. I have dealt with several agencies and I can say , it was a positive experience, and would use their services again, and there are many other agencies I wouldn`t.
