I had many dealing with Andrew over the years and he is my 'go to' Agent due to his high level of transparency, honesty and integrity. Andrew communicates effectively so you always know what's going on; he also aligns to your strategy and selling goals but is very honest about what needs to be done to present your property and then what the likely sale price will then be. You can tell Andrew has a geniune interest in the property market, has excellent local knowledge and his goal is to get his Clients the best possible outcome. In my experience Agents often tell you what you want to hear and can exaggerate what you might sell your property for just to sign you up for sole agency; then when those exaggerated expectations are not met they push you into the sale - unfortunately this is common in the RE industry...this is defintely not Andrew's operating style and hence why I've trusted him over the years.

Very poor communication from Andrew and therefore terrible experience for us as first home buyers. We naively put our trust in andrew as an agent and he severely mislead us throughout the process - costing us thousands. As soon as he made the sale he was no longer interested in the process and experience for the buyer or seller in the lead up to settlement. I would highly recommend to go with a different agent.
