Andrew presented really well at our initial meeting, was very knowledgeable about the local area and emitted a sense of calm and confidence that I, felt comfortable with. He was adamant that he did not underquote, but also said that the market was a little difficult to predict. The figure that he did give me was actually very accurate. I always felt confident in the way he conducted the campaign, never intrusive, regularly keeping me up to date and his performance at the auction was first class.

What an exceptional, calm and professional man. This is the second time we have sold a proprty with Andrew. We were determined to get the price we thought we would sell at and Andrew was equally as determined to get us to that end point. He kept us up to date every step of the campaign which made us feel involved and calmed my nerves ! What I have always appreciated about Andrew is his honesty and integrity.
