Mark was very professional and kept in constant contact with us every step of the way. He was always very open and pleasant to deal with. I interviewed 5 local Real Estate Agents in the process of selling our house. My first impressions of Mark Eddy were what lead me to select him after meeting with the 4 other Agents. My gut feeling was correct. He is not your typical R/E Agent - which is what is so off-putting about Real Estate Agents in general. I would definitely recommend him.

I had been dealing with Mark for probably 6 months prior to placing my father's property on the market. Initially, as research of a possible sale or rental to finance dad's move to aged care. Mark was respectful and flexible around the sensitive logistics of assessing the property without involving and upsetting my father. Once the initial research was complete, Mark would keep touch without being overbearing. When Dad passed away suddenly prior to moving to aged care, the choice was an easy one to sell the property through Hodges and Mark. Mark recommend an excellent building project management company to complete a refresh of the property and offered excellent advice when needed. Mark and his team ran an excellent sales campaign with over 100 viewings over 4 weeks, that resulted in the property selling at auction above our reserve. Both my Brother and I were very happy with the process and service provided by Mark and Anthony, thanks guys.
