Andrew and his team from start to finish were always contactable and followed up with me when required. Andrew was very understanding with the fact that it was our late mum's house and treated us with respect and consideration throughout the whole campaign. Andrew's negotiation skills on the day of auction were brilliant, when things didn't pan out the way we would have liked. Andrew made a quite stressful situation, very easy and and worked for us and I thank him for that. In the end we had a great result that we were all happy with. I would recommend Andrew and his team at Hodges Mentone 100%.

At the time of having Pandelis to our house to discuss what was on the market and give us an idea about our own property, we had not seriously thought about selling. That discussion was most informative and we had our property on the market about 6 weeks later! The campaign was well planned and not intrusive (4 weeks of Opens on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays). The feedback we received from him regarding interest was detailed and prompt and lead to a very successful outcome - much higher than we had hoped for! He also helped us find our "forever home". Pandelis' conduct and communication throughout the whole process was outstanding, making this potentially stressful activity just another task to check off our already very busy to-do list.
