I had worked with Andrew and Vannessa previously when selling my late mother’s house so when it was time to sell my house i had no hesitation and went straight back to them and placed my family home in their hands. They work as a great team and are so professional at what they do but they do it with ease . There’s no pressure in any way shape or form and if a problem comes up, it’s sorted quickly with minimal fuss . Andrew is a great auctioneer. He just carries the auction all the way through at a great pace but with no “bravado” that some auctioneers push that honestly can turn people off. Andrew and Vanessa read the local market so well and don’t give you pipe-dream figures that fall apart on the auction again as some other agents do . The other people they work through to get your house up and running such as the copywriter the photographers and the stylist they recommend all work brilliantly together and give you one complete package.
