He will not try and squeeze you to make money - he sets out his costs in a clear and concise manner and does not deviate. Integrity is here in spades, too - he will be honest yet tactful. Most importantly he and his team will get the job done. I found his advice insightful but he also listens carefully and works hard to get you closer to your dream. Andrew was the best choice for the sale of my property in Mentone. He was always cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and a great track record over the years. The communication through the sale process and marketing of the property was excellent and very thorough and timelines were always met. I found Andrew genuinely a very nice person and polite to deal with and this obviously would’ve been the case with potential purchases for my property which resulted in a very positive outcome.
