And, that's what Andrew did. From our first meeting, Andrew gave excellent advice. It was also pleasing Andrew did not sugar coat anything. He told me what had to be done to prepare the unit for sale. Then, when the open visits started, Andrew gave prompt advice on the number of people inspecting, people making return visits and feedback on what people thought cons of the unit.
