Mark won through on our 'interrogation' interviews to select an agent. He listened to our needs, was flexible to suit and also offered advice based on his experience. When our house did not sell at auction, the true test kicked in. Mark never gave in and worked hard to get us the best price he could from a private sale during the quiet Christmas period. We had many offers we declined until we got the price we wanted and Mark was persistent, patient and understanding. I'd recommend Mark as an agent with integrity.

We did not know what we were doing as we had never sold a property before and we were very emotionally invested in our home, he ensured that any of our questions were answered very quickly and always kept us updated of the progress of the campaign. On the day of the auction we knew what to expect and how many bidders would be attending and all the possible scenarios which kept us calm.
