Andrew did a fantastic job throughout the whole process of preparing the property, identifying the potential buyer segments and how to present to those segments, finding tradies to help fix, paint and uplift the property (Adam from Complete Property Solutions and his team were just amazing!), marketing the property, arranging for furniture and of course, conducting the all important Auction on the day. Andrew managed to get us an excellent price for the property on a rainy day with his genuine and affable approach to the auction process. Respectful, considerate, great listener and an excellent advisor. Doesn't feed you aspirational lines and works to drive a great deal for you as the seller. We felt very comfortable with Andrew because he treated us, our property and our goals with respect. We entrusted Jeff to sell the family home after mum went into aged care. Jeff was very thorough in his plan to sell the home in order to maximise numbers through the first two opens and even followed up with a Sunday open to offer those buyers a chance to revisit the next day.
