Impressed and Friendly

Kristy hosted the open house on a Saturday when we went through the property. She was friendly and able to answer all of my questions regarding conditions favourable to the vendor that we used to help align our offer. Prior to the open house, I had been contacted via several SMS messages noting Contract of Sale availability and pricing information which gave a better insight into the property.
