Her knowledge of the current rental market, her communication skills and professionalism, stood out way beyond my expectations. Julia had one inspection, in which 32 groups had a look at the property, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of tenants Julia recommended. Julia also helped me find a great cleaner to get the house ready for rental, as I am based in Melbourne and didn't have time to do a final clean. Hodges Rye also has a fantastic choice of trades people, that are not only reasonably priced, but they turn up on time and do a great job.
