Have used this agency in respect of a rental property I own for quite a few years now – they've been professional and entirely pleasant to deal with. On those occasions when they've had to overrule some of my enthusiasms, they've done so with admirable tact! Happy to recommend

Shelley has been super helpful from start to finish. This is my first time renting out a property and Shelley has explained everything to me from start to finish. This has made me feel so confident leaving my property in her hands. She is an excellent and fast communicator and an absolute expert in her field. I could not recommend Shelley more.

My rental process was smooth & stress free from start to finish. From the initial inspection through to signing the agreement, everything was handled efficiently. Reported maintenance items have been attended to without issue, which makes settling into my new home a very positive experience. Communication is excellent, my property manager, Shelley Clack, is a seasoned professional, kind, communicative, responsive and helpful. I would happily recommend Shelley, her team and Hodges Real Estate.

Having had this property for 15 years we have used a few different agents over the time. I was getting over the agents and how lazy and unprofessional they were. Shelley has been fantastic, there is a huge gap between her and the Team Hodges compared the other local agents. Highly recommend to change over.

I hadn't been a prospective tenant for many years, so I was a bit lost at 'how things worked nowadays'. I met Shelley at the Open For Inspection and she was very welcoming and informative. It was nice to have a real conversation with someone who wasn't watching the clock to get to their next (overbooked) appointment. Shelley and the Hodges team facilitated everything online, and I was never left wondering what I should be expecting next, or what to do at any stage. Things happened very quickly and smoothly, and I'm now in my new joint for the next phase of my life.

Shelley has been excellent and given us great advice throughout the process of getting our home ready to lease. We feel really confident that the house is being managed by an experienced operator.

Julia’s knowledge of the rental market is excellent, and her communication is proactive and reliable. She has recently secured a new tenant within a short time of the previous one moving out. I was consulted throughout the inspection process and I feel positive about the choice of the new tenants.

Well what can I say? If you want to get the best results to rent your property, then Hodges Rye is the company for you. From the moment I contacted Julia Grant, I knew my property was in good hands. Her knowledge of the current rental market, her communication skills and professionalism, stood out way beyond my expectations. Julia had one inspection, in which 32 groups had a look at the property, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of tenants Julia recommended. Julia also helped me find a great cleaner to get the house ready for rental, as I am based in Melbourne and didn't have time to do a final clean. Hodges Rye also has a fantastic choice of trades people, that are not only reasonably priced, but they turn up on time and do a great job. So like I said "if you want great results" you need a great Real Estate Agency. I my opinion you can't go past Hodges Rye. And for rentals I strongly recommend Julia Grant and your go to person.

I've had my rental property with Hodges (previously Ray White Rye) for over 8 years and am extremely satisfied. Shelley Clack and her team have been incredibly professional with communication (both myself and my tenants), vetting tenants and astute with compliance to current Rental Legislation. I would recommend Hodges (and particularly Shelley) to anyone. Shelley for PM!!
