I’m writing this with such genuine gratitude for the work that Toni has put in to selling our apartment. Toni sold our place in 3 weeks after it being listed elsewhere for 4 months. The stress that she has lifted off us is immense. What struck me most was how Toni was so excited and enthusiastic to sell for us that it renewed my own enthusiasm and I actually then had no doubt Toni would successfully seal the deal for us. She was realistic with outcomes and showed great knowledge of the market and of course knows our area like the back of her hand. She gave me confidence with Ray White’s ability to reach beyond local buyers. Throughout the process Toni was dedicated and determined and followed up on every single detail. I felt that she got a fair result for us as sellers and also for the buyers with both parties being stoked. I’d definitely go to her to buy also. I loved that Toni is so straight up and not all slick real estatey just earnest and thorough. She spoke highly of her company and other agents and their professionalism and training and I felt really comfortable to trust such a big, big thing to be in their hands.
