We first met Angus about 18 months ago when we requested a valuation of our property. Although we were not planning to sell at the time, he continued to keep in touch. We found him to be extremely friendly and personable and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave us a few tips on how to upgrade our property should we decide to sell in future which turned out to be very good advice at the end of the day. When we finally did decide to put our property on the market, we gave him a call. During the entire process of selling, he was extrembly professional and he kept us regularly informed after each open house and whenever there was a request from a prospective buyer. In the end, we never went the distance to an auction, but accepted an offer that was presented the night before. Leading up to that acceptance, Angus make a number of calls to all the prospective buyers and managed to get a second, higher offer from a second prospective buyer which the first buyer couldn't match.
