I was really happy with the service I got when looking for a new tenant. All applications were presented to me and Melanie & Bella took care of the rest. I was impressed with their communication and effort in finding my tenant. I didn't have to follow anything up and now I've received copies of all lease documents without asking for them. Rent money is disbursed the same day they get it so here's no waiting or chasing them for it. Not many agents do that!
