Two great experiences several years apart

We purchased our home through Melinda several years back and had a very pleasant experience, so we recently engaged Melinda to help us when it came time to sell. From both a buyer's and seller's perspective, I found Melinda to be very warm and engaging but more importantly honest. I appreciated her experience, frank advice and guidance during purchase and likewise when preparing the property for market and throughout the sale process. Prior to market, Melinda provided good advice on what to touch up and what to leave alone. During marketing, she provided frequent updates on how marketing was progressing and things I need to keep on top of. During the sale process, which also depended on the buyer's successful sale of their property, she kept all parties on track and informed. At the price point, and being semi-rural, our house appealed to a smaller subset of buyers, but it sold relatively quickly in what I believe was a slow market. So great result. Selling can be a stressful experience so I really appreciated the extra time Melinda would take to talk me through things and keep me informed. I would highly recommend her services.
