Guided Us Through Subject to Sale from Start to Finish
We bought our new home ‘subject to sale,’ and Dante expertly handled both the sale of our property and the purchase of the new one. Less than two months after first meeting Dante, we were moving into our new home, with settlement on the same day for both houses. It was a stressful process, managing inspections and coordinating simultaneous settlements, but Dante and then Chris handled everything exceptionally well. The Holdsworth team guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and made the process smooth and manageable. Thanks to Dante's guidance, we were able to secure a house we weren’t even expecting to buy, in a desirable suburb, and still within our budget. Subject to Sale with Knowledge and Care
We first met Dante at a home open, and he was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions. Dante and Paul then visited our home, patiently explained the market, and made us feel comfortable with our options. Our strategy was to have our house ready to hit the market as soon as our offer on a new home was accepted. The morning we received an accepted offer, the Holdsworth team posted our listing. In a market where houses sell so fast, Dante went above and beyond to guide us through the process and make us feel confident every step of the way. Once our home was under offer, Ingrid handled communications and inspections with ease and professionalism. From first meeting to signing the selling contract, the process took just 3-4 weeks. The team made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t recommend Dante and the Holdsworth team highly enough!
