I received from Basil Fogliani very clear information and explanations about the agency and the marketing . I received information of all the visits during the home open and advice to keep going until I feel satisfied with the sale. I definitly recommend Holdworth Real estate and Basil Fogliani for sure. One argument was new for me and very interesting : no paiement of marketing fees ahead except if I take my house from the market... Even If the Real estate agent, here Basil Fogliani, was doing the work of selling, I always felt part of the Team in regards to discussion about the comments and interests of the visitors.
