Over last 6 months he has been most helpful kind and patient . We needed a great deal of assistance in getting property ready after some 25 years of accumulated stuff. He was most helpful finding people to do this although the rubbish removal fellow was not what I would call one with the most integrity. But Richard always maintained the highest level of integrity
