Both Robert and Sean know the market well and achieved a good result in what was a changing market. They communicated well about the market conditions so we adjusted our expectations accordingly. It is a year since the sale when they achieved a top price with our sale but unfortunately they still have not found a purchaser for our marina berth. We bought out of Sydney where the market has increased substantially so thanks to Holmes St Clair we are much better off financially.
