Exceptional!

We'd give 10 stars if we could! Being a Barossa local himself, Rohan's expertise, connections, and knowledge of the Barossa market is second to none. We were kept informed throughout the process which we found very reassuring, with Rohans communication style being exceptional. We have sold two properties with Homburg Tanunda and each time they have displayed outstanding professionalism. Rohan went 'above and beyond' to ensure that the dreams of both us and the purchasers were realised. Exceptional! First class service, experience, and attention to detail.

I first met Rohan in 2024 when seeking an appraisal. His enthusiasm was inspiring and his local and general industry knowledge was impressive, so choosing him when the time came to sell was no leap of faith. Rohan guided me through the process, always making the right calls without being pushy, suggesting measures to improve saleability, and managing the sequence of necessary steps with seeming effortlessness. No doubt I was shielded from the frantic machinations that must go on behind the scenes! But that’s what an agent is for in my opinion: to make a significant life-event (which selling a home can certainly be) as painless as possible.
