Rohan is kind, diligent, insightful and very responsive. His knowledge of the Barossa is second to none, both in specific property trends and more broadly the region itself. And in his care for all parties in a property transaction (vendor, buyer, tenant, solicitors, his own team etc) shows what a real gentleman is. Recently Rohan sold a property on my behalf as part of a larger set of transactions and I was so impressed at the way he gave it his all. He advertised and prepared the property perfectly, he already had a long list of potential buyers ready to go and he brewed up even more interest, even across the peak cold of winter. Along the way he followed up on every request we had and he steered the process through to settlement with excellent communication and consistent friendliness. And my clients were very pleased with the financial result as Rohan's sales strategy brought in a price reasonably above their initial expectations.
