Rohan visited our property and talked through market value. He made it clear and easy to understand, and guided us into the best sale option for our property. Our property was on the market within a week, the photos online and write up were brilliant. We had our first open within the week, and a follow up twilight open shortly after. The following day at COB we were presented with our offers. All offers were above the asking price range. Cooling off ended a week after we accepted the initial offer (form ones were given to the buyer after a routine building inspection). Despite our anxieties (selling close to Christmas, having a short time frame to work within), Rohan made the experience smooth and seamless. He even organised the first open to coincide with a time he knew we’d be out of the house based on a casual conversation we’d had days prior.
