Rohan Semmler is an amazing person who will represent you like a family member, whether you're selling or buying a property.    So don't waste your valuable time searching for a useless Real Estate Agent who doesn't care about you or your best interests at heart. 98% of them only see you as a cash cow. Rohan has a multitude of positive characteristics:- Professionalism; Trustworthy; Honesty; Integrity & Reliability, Plus so much more:- Rohan has a lovely caring, thoughtful nature & will represent your wishes in all matters.  Rohan sold our property earlier this year which was on the market for almost a year.  We quickly discovered how unnecessary it was to contact Rohan for any updates on the status relating to the sale of our property as he was regularly contacting us via phone calls, texts & emails.  As our property was taking longer than we expected, Rohan would call just to encouraging us to stay positive as he WOULD sell our place, true to his word, approximately one month later that's exactly what he did & for the price we wanted.  We've previously sold homes as have most of our family & friends not one, including ourselves, ever experienced a Real Estate Agent who is as wonderful as Rohan.  Everyone of us had experienced the same frustration with having to regularly chase these unprofessional, thoughtless Agent's who treated us as though we were constantly forgotten as their clients.  In fact they all told us how envious they were having Rohan as our man. Close friends of ours advised us to contact "Homburg Real Estate" as they were the best Real Estate Company anyone could wish for.  Homburg had previously sold a number of their properties & were the ONLY Agent's for them whether buying or selling properties.  Rohan at Homburg Real Estate is the one & only company I'd recommend to sell &/or purchase any type of property.
