Guy set the price range to maximise the enquiry and give flexibility in negotiations. And it worked. We entered a subject to sale contract and guess what, so did our purchaser. So we had 3 vendors 3 purchasers 3 agents 3 lenders 4 conveyances involved in the transaction. Guy meticulously followed up on the chain of transactions and reported back on progress almost on a daily basis. In Guy’s words “ everybody is highly motivated, cooperative and no stone is being left unturned to make this deal happen”. Possibly an unusual one , but had a certain degree of excitement and a sense of achievement when the 3 settlements all took place on the due date.
