I recently purchased a property in Summer Hill through Nickolas, and working with him from the first viewing all the way through to purchase and settlement was completely seamless. From the day we viewed the apartment, Nickolas was incredibly informative and took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. He was extremely professional, diligent, reliable and always on time, and no ask ever felt like too much. He was also fantastic in the period between purchase and settlement, always flexible and accommodating when we needed to come back to measure the apartment or bring tradespeople through. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Nickolas made the experience feel straightforward and stress free. Thank you, Nik, for all the time and effort you put in. We really appreciated it and couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

With a very difficult sale due to things beyond our controls Nickolas made it work. He was clear in his communication and although things took a bit longer, we got the result in the end

Nickolas Tao is very professional, friendly and patient with us as his clients ! I could have given him a 6 star rating if it is available 😊! He is also very knowledgeable in Real Estate that helps us in achieving our goals in buying this apartment in Ashfield! Nickolas is absolutely a delightful person to deal with, he is truly committed in working hard ( he was negotiating with us after hours & weekends!) The vendors are definitely so lucky to have him working for them! Also from the buyer’s perspective, we highly recommend Nickolas, because without his respectable manner, professionalism, consistently kind, patient & friendly towards me (he did go beyond & above his roles in securing this property for us !), we would’ve had a chance buying this Apartment that we really like! Thank you so much Nickolas for everything you have done for us! I will not hesitate to engage Nickolas to sell ( or buy :) my next property in the future! Congratulations on a job well done 🙏!
