We had a very positive experience working with Andrew and his team on the sale of our investment property. What we particularly appreciated was Andrew’s ability to adapt his strategy as the market changed. The market shifted quite quickly during the final weeks of our campaign, and Andrew kept us informed about what was happening, explained how he was adjusting the strategy and gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions along the way. Despite the changing conditions, we achieved a final price close to what we had hoped for, which we were very pleased with given the circumstances. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Andrew and his team were very responsive whenever we had questions, and we always felt supported and kept informed. We also appreciated how much of the process they took care of for us. From recommending small retouches and improvements to help present the property at its best, through to managing the many details involved in preparing and selling the property, they made the experience much easier and meant we didn’t have to worry about every little thing ourselves. Another important aspect for us was the way Andrew and his team looked after the tenant who was living in the property. Selling a tenanted property can be disruptive, and we appreciated the consideration and respect they showed towards the tenant while still managing the sales campaign effectively. Overall, Andrew demonstrated strong market knowledge, adaptability and professionalism throughout the sale.
