Andrew and the team was excellent from start to finish!!!

Andrew and the team was excellent from start to finish!!! They knew the local market inside out, gave me honest, straight up advice the whole way and never once pushed me into anything. Andrew also went above and beyond and gave me advice on the property we were purchasing up the coast. Communication was spot on, he always picked up the phone and helping anyway he could. I always knew where things were at, which made a pretty stressful process feel a lot smoother! He got a great result on the sale of our place and handled everything professionally. Honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for an agent who actually listens and gets the job done, Andrew's your man!!!!!

Above and beyond

John and Eva were outstanding in managing the sale of our family home. Eva expertly project managed the pre-sale renovation organising trusted trades to carry out the required work to lift the property to a whole new level. This was not something Eva needed to do but she did so with ease and professionalism relieving enormous burden for our family. Eva was excellent at communicating with us. She provided sound guidance and advice, was proactive and immediately responsive at every stage of the sale. Buyer follow-up was strong with a solid group of buyers presenting on auction day resulting in a fantastic sale price. I highly recommend John and Eva for their personal approach, care, interest and outstanding results that extended well beyond my expectations and previous experience in the market. Heartfelt thanks.
