Andrew made our first home purchase a breeze!

Andrew was nothing but professional throughout the entire process of our first home purchase. Sale of 28/37 Morley Avenue

We found out Andrew was the selling agent of our neighbour's unit and we decided to engage Andrew as our selling agent. Andrew has been very friendly, helpful and informative since day one. Considering we are currently living overseas, Andrew provided us with a very thorough step by step guide of selling, market benchmarking and always very communicative right from the beginning to the sale of our unit. Navigating through lockdowns, open house with existing tenant, having multiple competitors within the building development during the sales period and communicating with us who are overseas is not an easy task, but we are very impressed and very delighted with the sale of our unit.
