Alli made selling my unit such an easy process, with virtually no stress at all as she took care of everything. She sent me a timeline of what was going to happen and in which order, and everything happened as she said it would. It was the attention to details that made all the difference too. The staging organised by Alli was absolutely stunning, just amazing what they were able to achieve in a small unit, and it truly made the unit feel so homely and liveable. As Alli explained to me, potential buyers would be able to visualise where all their furniture would go. The For Sale sign was beautifully done, and looked so professional compared to the standard signs that most other agents use. Then the results were incredible! The interest in the unit was fantastic and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Alli really cares about her clients, and has a way of delivering for them, while at the same time making the buyer feel excited and happy as well. In my case, both parties were extremely happy. Would totally recommend Alli to anyone selling!
