From the beginning, they have supported and counseled us in a way that goes above and beyond what is expected from an agency. Between Amanda and Alina, I feel that my property is in good hands. They have been very helpful in facilitating renovations and allowing for a good rental turnaround. The only areas I'd like to see some improvement are: - Compiling issues and sending them together (feedback was taken quickly, but I had to ask for it) - Determining and communicating future requirements. I'm not that sure whether is their responsibility or not, but since I'm new, it would be nice to have those comments from experts - Market knowledge, I think their knowledge is excellent but I've been struggling with finding the sweet spot between income and expenses compared to the local market In general, I am very happy with them and I highly recommend them
