Mandy and her team..
Mandy and her team at Home Realty Group in Bethania did a really excellent job in selling our retirement units at Woodbeck village. She is very optimistic and very confident in her selling job, Moreover, she sold the units above what other big players even said. Please do try and have a very good experience with her, be a seller or a buyer. There is no harm in trying her service. We personally guaranteed based on our experience that she was very capable. We never meet her personally. Even our solicitor told us so.

Someone you will always remember!

Great local knowledge.
From the time we first met Amanda we knew we had found the agent to sell our house. She has great local knowledge of the Bethania area and her office is situated right in the heart of Bethania. Amanda is very easy to get along with and truly is a fantastic agent. I would recommend Amanda, without hesitation, to anyone thinking about or looking to sell their property. You will not be disappointed.

Straightforward purchase, great communication and very easy to work with
Neil and Amanda were warm and approachable upon our first meeting at the open home. Three open homes and a signed contract later, they were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. This was my first time buying a house and although the seller was not very forthcoming, they were prompt to reply and answer my calls. Thank you for helping to make a daunting experience as smooth as possible for me. Neil and Amanda are polite, friendly and have great senses of humour, which made our working relationship very comfortable. I have chosen to stick with Home Realty Group for my investment property.

Highly recommend Neil and Amanda at Home Realty Group Bethania
Neil made selling my home seamless, he explained all parts of the process, communicated with me every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions. I sold my home during times when COVID shutdowns were occurring and extra precautions were needed to have people in my home, Neil made sure everyone was safe and complied with all expectations. Neil has a good knowledge of the local area and ensured he knew all about my home so he was able to give perspective buyers an invaluable insight into my property. Neil was always courteous and some of his jokes were funny :), nothing was ever too much trouble for Neil. I highly recommend Neil as an Agent, he knows his stuff and that took a lot of stress off me. Thanks Neil.

Fantastic agent.
Recently we appointed Neil to sell our second house. We were extremely impressed, once again, by Neil's professionalism, his knowledge of the local area, his organisational skills, and most of all his enthusiasm.
