HSPM do a great deal more than other property management agencies. They are specialists, know and have a great relationship with the best tradesmen on the Coast (suppliers and tradesmen also like dealing with HSPM ive discovered), and HSPM deal quickly with poor quality tenants. I switched from a real estate 'managing' with the full gamut of problems. Tenant in months in arrears, damaged property, unhappy neighbours. Tennille and her team dealt with it all. Oversaw fabulous renovation within budget, and installed great new tenants after dealing with tribunal. They dealt with it all and took away all my stress. They are professionals who take a great deal of pride in their jobs.
