Scott was a very dedicated trustworthy and professional Agent who dedicated his time to achieving a successful outcome for his Client. The circumstances under which Scott sold our property was not easy as it was an Air bnb listed property which was constantly booked. Scott needed to juggle many tasks- keeping us as a Client happy allowing the bookings to be uninterrupted and trying to achieve an excellent result. I needed to sell my parents' house and interviewed three agents. I chose Kate for a number of reasons. First she remembered my name!, unlike one of the other agents. Second she seemed to have excellent local knowledge and experience. Third her rates were super competitive, and fourth, she was very strategic. Finally, she had an aura of kindness and compassion I hadn't seen in any other agent. In the end, it was that her values and approach aligned more with my own than the others. I know it's still a seller's market, but our house-selling journey was quick. It was on the market for 1 week and 1 day and we had multiple offers to consider. We ended up with a very good price and I'm sure this is due to Kate and her excellent sales and negotiation skills. She remained calm throughout, strong, even-tempered.
