Jess was great!!! Informative, professional, personable, helpful and did a fantastic job of selling our home quickly. We’ve now used HOME to sell two properties and buy one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and especially Jessica with her established knowledge and reputation in the Alexandra Headland market.

I recently purchased a property at Sippy Downs, Jess Ruskin and the team at HOME Sunshine Coast made the purchase of my property a pleasant and easy experience, no request was to much for Jess, I found the marketing and apartment specification's to be detailed and accurate. Jess connected me with great people and her knowledge of the local area was first rate. I highly recommend HOME as an agent I will seek them out in any future property purchases or sales I make or even for advice; first class.

We found the process of selling our unit with Jonathan very good. Jonathan advised us of all the costs involved at the very beginning, gave us a guide for the sale price and kept in touch regularly. In all it was a very stress free experience.

Nothing was a problem for Scott completing the entire sales procedure in an extremely friendly, cooperative & professional manner even to the point of helping me with furniture at the last minute prior to settlement.

We are very happy to recommend Kate and Home Sunshine Coast. They recognised the value of our property and went to work to achieve a great result with a minimum of fuss. Kate was in regular contact with us and potential buyers the whole team were available to ensure a smooth sale process which they made look easy. Kate really does work for the vendor she is supportive and a great negotiator.

Jess & Joey Ruskin ran a fantastic sales and marketing campaign for our investment property and achieved the best possible price. They are great communicators and experts in the Sunshine Coast property market. This is the 2nd time we have used them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home or investment.
