Stephanie was the first agent we engaged in the selection process to sell our property. It was obvious immediately that Stephanie had a strong knowledge in the area and a good understanding of what our property was worth in the current market, was also comfortable to sell our property in its current condition, so we felt there was no need to interview any other Agents. Once engaged, Stephanie had genuine buyers lined up to view our property the following day and an offer on the table by the end of the following week, which we accepted.
