Excellent!!
We bought this property of Paul's Mum Gwen 20 years ago and then after leaving the property had it leased through Budget Realtys leasing agency and are very happy to have had the house bought, tenanted and sold by Budget and Pauls team. We are very happy with Paul, his family and his team that have worked very hard on our purchase, rental and sale. There market knowledge communication and professionalism was and is excellent.

Highly professional and considerate agent
Adrienne is a genuine person, highly professional and considerate agent. We bought a property from her but we end up going through a lot of complications after we signed the contract. Our first buyer falls through but was luckily given another chance to find a new buyer. Our solicitors made couple of errors plus our bank system error resulting in multiple settlement extensions. We are at the stage of being homeless but she acts as a bridge and did not give up on keeping the seller and us. She involves herself, getting in touch with our solicitors and my bank. She is a lovely person and we are lucky to deal with her.

Adrienne was Fantastic!!!
Working with Adrienne was an amazing experience!!! She is all that you would look for in a Real Estate Agent. She is very Professional, Friendly, Personable and extremely Responsive. I was interstate during the settlement and she made the entire process work by helping out in many ways. More than anything She loves what She does!! She is extremely passionate about her job!!
