Paul was a fantastic agent. I could not speak highly enough of the service Paul provided.
I have bought and sold a few properties over time and worked with various agents so I have had some what different experience with agents in the past. All I can say is my expectations with Paul have set the bar very high. He is fantastic. We recently worked with Paul on purchasing our dream property and I can honestly say I have never worked with a better more dedicated, professional and helpful agent. Paul went over and above. Time and time again to help us get into our dream home. From the initial negotiations where he managed to secure the property for us at the price we wanted, right through all the inspection and legal phases to the final settlement. Paul was there every step of the way. One such example of many...We had a long settlement as the owners were waiting on another property to be built and when settlement went through their property was not yet ready. We were unable to delay settlement so Paul found the owners residence to rent for the 2 month period until their new home would be built. Can't ask for a better agent than that. I would say you would be crazy not to use Paul for your next purchase or sale.

Paul is a wonderful agent and i would highly reccomend him to all potentiaal buyers.
Paul knows the area very well being a local himself. He was punctual to all appointments and was willing to drive and show you all the properties available to ensure he found the right property for you. He keeps you informed about the process the entire way through and goes above and beyond his duties to ensure you are well informed and comfortable with the process. He offers assistance when looking for information about, pest and building and other trade services necessary for a rural lifestyle. I appreciated his efforts and professionalism and he definitely found the perfect place for us. Thank you Paul for assisting us with useful tips and information to transitioning from metro t a rural lifestyle.

Review of Paul
I dont usually do these reviews but i have to say that Paul was awesome. It took alot of time to sell our property being a rural property. Marketting it appropriately but he continously communicated with me. Dealing with prospective buyers as well as always giving feedback as to what we could do to boost the property. His patience was totally amazing i hounded him and he just took it in his stride giving me as much information as possible. Honest appraisals and any information I required. I cant thank Paul enough for putting up with my endless enquires, honest opinons and support through the sale. It was a lovely journey. Thank you and kind regards
