Sale price
Feel Juliet was conflicted. We sold to a colleague of her family. Felt we were $20k undersold. She told us very strongly we had a good price. Not at all convinced.

Very experience fighter

first home purchase
I actually met Juliet at another viewing but followed up her recommendation on this one as it was a better fit and it worked out well. As a purchaser everything went smoothly working through the contract and settlement, and she was very prompt with any questions and flexible with arranging times for viewings and inspections.

Professional and dedicated to the task
I have dealt with Juliet both as a buyer and a seller and found her to be very professional on both occasions. This property has a couple of challenges during the sale but Juliet is a natural problem solver and helped us deal with all of them. Sale of Brisbane house
We engaged with Juliet @ Homes 4 U after a failed contract with Purple Bricks. Juliet was fantastic and ensured we knew, at every stage, what was happening. Ups and downs along the way, however, with Juliet's persistence, we sold and are now happily living in our forever home.
