I had heard great stories about Joel when he was working in a Concord realty, so I was really happy to learn that he is now located where he was able to sell my house in Kogarah. What seemed like an easy sale quickly became a lot more challenging with over 9 rate rises and discovering the house was Heritage listed, also adding to the mix I live in QLD. Joel proved to be very motivated and highly professional throughout the process. He also helped me by arranging tradies etc, as I had no knowledge of the area..
