About David
As a lifelong resident and a real estate professional of 26 years, I am privileged to look after buyers, sellers and developers in Riverstone and the surrounding suburbs. Hometown Property Partners is the number one agency in this area, as the many sold signs with our name on them will attest, and my customer reviews praise my responsive, professional and collaborative approach. After growing up in the area, my wife and I bought a house in Riverstone in 1996. We have raised four children, so I am familiar with the area’s schools and sporting clubs and sponsor local rugby league and soccer teams. Initially, I worked in timber sales, then moved into real estate, working for a local real estate agent for eight years and obtaining my real estate license and valuation degree before branching out and establishing my own business. Buying into a real estate franchise in 2004 and teaming up with my business partner, Jeff Fullerton, allowed us to become the number one office locally, with our rent roll now the most extensive in Riverstone. Riverstone is an exciting growth area in the northwest of Sydney, starting as farmland and transforming into a primarily residential area in the last two decades. We look after buyers and sellers in the region, landlords, and some developers. Our clients encompass people who have lived here for many years and are looking to downsize or move further out of Sydney, as well as people buying their first home here or upgrading to a larger one. We also work with property investors who see the area’s potential and are keen to invest. For me, real estate is about being part of the community, meeting people and helping them through their property sales and purchases. We know this area well as we live here with our families and are involved with local sporting teams, meaning we feel at home here, we can answer any question from buyers about the area, and we feel connected to the community. My clients praise my transparent approach and ability to predict and work towards the best possible outcome for all parties. My long experience in the area means I can pinpoint the best way to approach a sale for the greatest success as quickly as possible. I don’t offer dream prices I can’t achieve because this is not in the interests of my clients. About Jeff
As a director and licensed real estate agent at Hometown Property Partners, I list and sell homes in Riverstone and Schofields. My clients value me as a true local – having grown up and lived in Riverstone all my life, I know every street and have sold many homes two or three times over. What I love most is northwest Sydney's retained character and charm, especially the history that remains in the older homes. At Hometown Property Partners, our clients range from downsizers selling established homes to younger families buying their first property right through to returning homeowners needing to upgrade. My sales career started in retail, working at a liquor store in Riverstone, where I made many contacts and met my future clients. My business partner Dave Martignago and I went to school together, and when he set up this real estate agency in 2004, he asked me to join him. We quickly built up a loyal client base, and almost twenty years later, we haven't looked back – we still enjoy working together and continue to be the number-one agency in Riverstone. Often my home seller clients have been in the area for a long time. Some are looking to upsize, and others choose to move further out of Sydney as northwest Sydney becomes more densely populated. Some are looking to release equity in their homes, and homeowners have benefited from the property values growth in recent years. My job is to make sales happen. My broad range of experience with Riverstone housing, both as an owner and a real estate agent, means I can advise buyers and sellers on their options for enhancing an established home versus buying new. David is an absolutely fantastic agent who is very easy to deal with. He was very patient in thoroughly answering our questions before, during, and after our inspection. He knew the property and clearly knows the area well. After our offer acceptance, he was very efficient in helping us liaise with the vendor and the existing tenants.
