To sell a property during a tricky time is always challenging, and most agents would simply ask the vendor to reduce price further and further for a quick deal. Unfortunately I was selling my townhouse in Baulkham Hills exactly during the uncertain period, however, with the patience and professional service Deborah has provided, I managed to have it sold around the expected price. Deborah is absolutely the agent who cares client the most. After 7 months of patient open inspection, negotiation (incl. 2 withdrawals after offer had been accepted), she provided numberous professional advices on how to attracting right buyers and improving the look of the property. She also arranged several repairs to be done with very reasonable cost. I can't image how the sell would end up with without her help. Funnily enough, I bought the same property from Deborah 11 years ago with the smiliarly good experiece. A total professional with an understanding of what we require for an outcome and a person who is able to convey this to the buyer in a way that is not aggressive or demeaning but in a way of persuasion. A very rare gift to have. We own a few units and we have dealt with numerous agents. Some are lazy, some are stupid and some are rude. Selling a unit when there are so many being built nearby, bad publicity on units, an Owner's Corporation wanting to "punish" the builder developer and having no knowledge of building and criticism of the Private Certifier is not an easy climate in which to work. Deb was truly excellent with her professional approach and regular contact was very comforting. She only confirmed what I had known for many years.
