I would recommended Martin and Louise and their team to anyone looking to sell or rent out their home. Their communication, knowledge, professionalism and honesty throughout made the process run so smoothly. Martin himself led the sale for us, once we had decided to sell, and he gave us room to make our own decisions, without pushing us down a route that we didn’t want to go, and his support and insight was vital in securing our sale, after only the second open home. We started the process knowing that a house, similar to ours, across the street hadn’t sold after a month on the market. We now sit here a couple of months after our campaign ended, and that house is still for sale. We are delighted with our outcome, and also with the whole process.
