Bloom in Fernvale

Investing in the right position and location is paramount to ensuring future growth and return. Fernvale has given property investors a paper return of 5.43% over the last quarter alone, offering a fantastic opportunity. Sitting on the highest position within the Honeywood Estate on a 720sqm allotment is this contemporary four bedroom lowset brick veneer home. With a neutral colour palette throughout and an abundance of windows, the interior of the home has a pleasant light and airy ambiance. An air-conditioned open plan living and dining area flows through to the modern galley style kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including a 4 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher and under bench oven, expansive island bench with breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry which also houses the fridge space. Seamlessly blending inside with out, the dining area opens out to a covered alfresco overlooking a fully fenced child and pet friendly yard. All four of the bedrooms are of a great size with built-in robes and ceiling fans whilst the master has the added luxury of a walk-in robe and spacious ensuite. Servicing the rest of the home, the main bathroom is equipped with a sizable bathtub, shower and separate toilet. An internal laundry and double remote lock-up garage completes this neat and tidy, low maintenance property. The sweet rural town of Fernvale offers simple country living without forgoing any convenience you may need to compliment your fast-paced lifestyle. The 3000+ township is a romantic favourite in the Brisbane Valley widely known for its long-standing country markets on Sundays as well as the infamous, award winning Old Fernvale Bakery and Cafe which is touted the best in the South Burnett region. The area harnesses a unique presence for creatives as artesian makers fill those Sunday markets and local shops contributing to the regions authentic feel. Add to this a range of nearby wineries, friendly caf&aecute;s and restaurants and enjoy plenty of nearby camping and recreational activities such as the proximity to Wivenhoe Dam and Mount Glorious. Furthermore, Fernvale is just a 45 minutes’ drive from Brisbane City, 20 minutes’ drive from Ipswich city and around one hour from the city of Toowoomba. Bask in the scenic views of the beautiful and blooming native landscape both within the surrounding regions and your very own Australian backyard. The property is currently tenanted until Aug 2022 for $355/week. Life here is simple, quiet, and convenient so why not start your next chapter in blooming Fernvale? Stressful and frustrating

From the onset and throughout our purchasing experience stressful doesn’t even begin to explain our ordeal. From turning up late to inspections, making us feel bullied into making an offer before viewing, making us feel belittled and rushed. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone. Our new home was tenanted and when we choose to use a different managing agent we received a rude email asking why we didn’t go with Martin. Each meeting after this snide comments we made regarding this also. We were made promises that were not kept and are now fixing items in our new home that were meant to be done prior to settlement. Would not recommend dealing with Hood realestate.

First rate!

So pleased that I chose Martin to sell my property. His market knowledge and marketing is outstanding. He had serious buyers inspecting the property within days of listing. The sale completed in under 6 weeks! If you are thinking about selling, Martin is the best. He kept me completely informed at all times and provided first rate advice and let me know what the managing agent hadn't been doing. I have no qualms in recommending Martin to anyone.
