Sarah was fair during the sale , she looked after the owners intrests well as me as a purchaser. The property management team took over all the responsibility to care and manage the property immediately after the sale. Michelle Lees, my property manager always keeps me informed with every thing related to the property. I am particularly impressed with the detailed property inspection reports during the changing of tenants. She made sure the property in its integrity and appeared welcome to the next tenent. All the work was done by Michelles propfional service . She always responds to my calls and discusses resolutions with me. She is caring ,trustworthy and professional.
