Excellent agency
I was kept informed regarding the difficulties involved in achieving a satisfactory letting of this property at all times. Krissy's work was appreciated. Just need to have constant condition reports.

Happy as Could Be!
I sleep well at night knowing that my four apartments are managed professionally and that everything is done in a timely careful manner with LJ Hooker Beenleigh at the helm. Even things that I hadn't thought of have been addressed nicely. Nothing is done without my consultation, I receive accurate concise helpful emails as needed. I have been overseas for the last 3.5 years and everything has run smoothly, which is wonderful because these rental properties represent a large part of my income. I have been with LJHB for years - super happy. I was with LJHB when I had just an old house on the property. The amazing Michael Brown checked on the property regularly for me during the build, co-ordinating different things, working with the builder and providing helpful suggestions along the way, he was truly AMAZING and all this at no cost to me. I wouldn't be here in the Mediterranean without him. Thank you LJHB, thank you Michael Brown

Great agency, well organised and friendly
We love dealing with Shelley our Property Manager. Always super helpful, friendly and approachable. Everything runs very smoothly. She even looks out for other properties in the area for us to rent on behalf of our business.

Agency that's on the ball.
I changed to L J Hooker beenleigh some years ago after changing from another one in the area and I haven't looked back. They have good communication as well as carrying out the necessary inspections on time. I am very happy with this company and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone not only buying or selling a house but also for the property management. Keep up the good work.
